I am Noble Famous R. Rucker Sr., and I have the honor of serving as the 2025 Illustrious Potentate for Zeid Temple No. 90, Oasis of Des Moines, Desert of Iowa.
I am both honored and humbled to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the trust and confidence the members have placed in me by electing me as your new leader of this astute organization. As we embark on this journey together, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the opportunity to serve not just the Temple, but the community.
It is with great excitement that I accept the responsibilities that come with the office of Illustrious Potentate. I recognize the significance of this role and the trust that each member has bestowed upon me. Rest assured, I am committed to upholding the principles and values of our esteemed organization, fostering unity, and continuing our noble traditions.
Our Temple, which was chartered in 1920, has a rich history of charitable work and camaraderie. I am eager to build upon these foundations and lead us towards new heights of excellence. Together, we will continue to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need, especially the people that reside within our Oasis.

Zeid Temple No. 90
On behalf of the Nobles and Daughters of Zeid Temple No. 90, I extend a warm and sincere welcome from the Oasis of Des Moines, located in the Desert of Iowa. We are pleased to share our fellowship with you and trust that your time with us will be both enriching and memorable. Our Oasis continues to move forward with purpose and progress, and we invite you to walk alongside us as we serve and grow together.
While Des Moines is widely known as the seat of state government, the Nobles of Zeid Temple No. 90 are equally recognized for their commitment to advancing the initiatives of the Imperial Council and Imperial Court. We remain actively engaged in mentoring local youth, encouraging civic participation, supporting the NDI, and performing charitable works throughout our communities.
